You can create a salve, placenta & prints with your placenta. The vitamins and minerals includes but not limited to Phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, b6, b12 & so much more. Raw is when you do not steam the placenta. Steaming the placenta is beneficial to remove microbes & any stds that may have been present during childbirth. If you did not have any std it’s safe to consume raw. The traditional Chinese method involves steaming the placenta inside of a steel basket to kill any microbes.
